FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

All Vinny Banks orders are shipped by DPD, UPS or FedEx. I ofer their professional services for free to ensure my high quality prints get to you on time. The Vinny Banks art studio is based in the UK.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • EU 2-5 Business Days Shipping
  • US 5-7 Business Days Shipping
  • Rest of the World 5-10 Business Days Shipping 
  • We don't deliver to P.O. Boxes

If you've placed an order to a P.O. BOX and can't receive your package, you need to contact us at info@vinnybanks.com. We're happy to send it to a family or friend instead. Please provide the new info so we can rectify the shipping information for the shipping carriers so they can update the receiver/address.

HOW ARE THE ART PRINTS SHIPPED?

All artworks are careffully rolled and shipped out in a robust and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages. Frames are not included with your art, you'll need to purchase a frame for your artwork sperately.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Initially you'll receive an email with your order confirmation. After you'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Make sure to check your spam folder incase your email has landed there, if so, please mark our emails as 'not spam' to avoid frustration with future orders. If you did not receive an email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to info@vinnybanks.com and we will help you to track your order.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

The fulfilment process takes between 1-4 business days depending on the volume of current orders. The shipping time takes between 4-10 business days depending on the recipient destination. Please keep in mind that your order is printed on request so it does take us a couple of days extra to get everything ready.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Register your return via info@vinnybanks.com. After registration you will receive an email containing return instructions and our address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected to ensure your refund can be processed correctly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In accordance with the UK's return policy law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us at info@vinnybanks.com to get the address for shipping back your order.

Note: All orders that are bought on SALE or bought using a discount code over 14% or £10 off are not included in our return policy at vinnybanks.com. The return policy is not included if the artwork you bought is SOLD OUT at vinnybanks.com. We do not accept returns on custom orders.

We don’t accept returns on art prints if the package has been opened due to the art prints receiving scratches, damage and finger prints. You can only return the art print if the tube hasn't been opened

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order! If we haven't started with fulfilling your order you can cancel it (fulfilment takes 1-4 days). 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

In the event that products are returned to our warehouse due to the customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a £30 fee. This cost covers shipping fees, as well as handling and restocking of products.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. In the event of a missing order we'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement for you.

We may ask for your help before shipping replacements, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It's wise to double check with your local post office to try and locate the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Local Taxes:
No Customs or local taxes on orders to EU and US for Art Prints. If you get any customs just send us a email to info@vinnybanks.com. Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside EU and US.
